Problems with your SFA
If you are experiencing housing problems and are not satisfied with the service you feel you should receive, please Report an Issue with us online to investigate for you, or call the office on 01780 781650. The team normally respond within 24 working hours.
DIO has launched a compensation scheme in the UK to cover missed appointments and significant issues at move-in for SFA. On occasion when standards are not met in these situations, you may be entitled to compensation, which will be paid through High Street vouchers.
Please note, the scheme took effect from 1st April 2017; no claims for compensation for events prior to that date will be considered. Please refer to this fact sheet for information and more details on how to claim.
